Emile Deyrolle ‘Le Sucre’ poster

This vintage French educational poster on board was originally designed by the prolific artist Bernard Carant in the 1930s. This particular edition was printed and distributed to schools in the 1950s by “Les Fils d’Emile DEYROLLE, 46, rue du Bac, Paris” (the sons of Emile Deyrolle – the founder member of the publishing house in Paris).

Printed on thick card with hanging string. Good condition for age, small amounts of wear and tear (some small spotting) as expected for a 1950s poster. Would look great displayed in a vintage or country kitchen or utility room.
