Beautiful French large antique stoneware confit pot.
A farmhouse pottery essential from the South West of France, these confit pots were used to store duck grease and cooked meat with a thick protective layer of fat on top.
Beautiful French antique stoneware. Typical to the Brittany region of France these heavy French antique stoneware pots were originally used for food storage such as cornichons or other sliced pickled cucumber.
Beautifully glazed and of a good size, it comes heavy lidded in a lovely brown hue.
Very attractive and decorative vintage French country meat safe most probably from the first part of the 20th century.
It is raised on feet and retains its original wire mesh on all four sides which is in good vintage condition for its age (despite a couple of rusty stains and a little hole)
It also retains its original little wooden stand – showing some signs of historical woodworm (which we have treated again for reassurance). Lovely original and decorative handle to the top.

Charming little English country landscape, oil on canvas.
Most likely to be depicting the Yorkshire Dales, it is called “O’er Hill & Dale”, and is delicately executed with a lovely combination of salmon and green tones.
In a great petite size, it would look attractive either hung or simply resting on a shelf.
This is a very attractive Edwardian pine pot cupboard. It is interestingly divided into two parts at the top with one side having a couple of drawers and the other a small cupboard.

It retains its original glass, handles and hinges.
