Probably dating from the 1920s, and originally a pine shoe shine box, this is now a very attractive rustic home accessory which offers two practical drawers. Left untouched, it retains its original paint, lovely rustic drawer and carrying handles.
Inside it is totally clean with no trace or marks of shoe polish, making it an ideal storage solution.
This is a lovely rustic item, full of charm with great proportions.
Pretty and practical tea towel holder for the kitchen, in washed pine, dating from around the 1920s. Easy to fix to a wall, with tea towels hung on the central, removable pole.
Very common in our grandparent’s time, but they are seen less and less now.
A great buy for a any kitchen. (Tea towels also for sale on the website.)
Classic vintage pine farmhouse table. This table is of a good size, able to accommodate 6 people comfortably (with 62.5cm leg room). The light colour is lovely and easy to pair with any interior.
It is nice and sturdy and in good condition, showing some previous vintage use to its top.
It would sit beautifully in a country farmhouse setting as well as an industrial style or classic city home, shop or office. It could be used as a dining table, or even a large desk.

Early 20th century Hungarian painted table with pretty cabriole legs.
This is an attractive piece, in vintage condition, which seems largely untouched (except some repair to the left side where the top meets the legs). It has some charming wear and tear, commensurate with age and use. Its unusual dimensions mean it would make an impressive side or hall table, or indeed a desk. It has a practical deep drawer to the front.
We love its unusual proportions and it would make a charming addition to any home.

Beautiful, and characterful, small 1940s workshop cupboard. Possibly British, this cabinet can be used as a great little storage cupboard. It can be fixed to a wall or rest on a table or desk. Filled with various shelves and drawers, it is ideal as a receptacle for small personal items or stationery.
We fell in love with its character and have kept it completely untouched. It still retains its original handles, lock and hinges, and although this does not seem to be the original paint, it is very old and has not been repainted for many decades.
It has many imperfections, such as scratches, knocks and uneven paint which are commensurate with age. There are signs of historic woodworm which has been treated.
A cupboard with lovely proportions and immense charm that would look stunning in the vintage home.

This is an unusual and very attractive piece from the turn of the century that probably started life as a small music cabinet but would now work marvellously as a small chest of drawers next to a bed or as an occasional chest/table alongside a sofa.
In original condition, it offers five drawers with original metal handles. Useful, flexible and charming storage solution for the home. We love the beautiful details and slight rustic charm.

Lovely painted French vintage pigeon holes in general good condition.
We love the beautiful vintage grey paint. The pigeon holes are showing some staining and a few signs of love and use, which only add to their rustic charm.
Very versatile, they can be presented horizontally as a table top piece or vertically.
A wonderful and stylish addition to any home, perfect as a shoe rack, a bookcase, a childrens room shelf or to display and tidy small items.

Very unusual 1930s/40s factory or laboratory First Aid cupboard, complete with detailed health and safety warnings affixed to the door behind glass, with ‘First Aid” in bold lettering to the front. There is a shelf within to stand products etc, and two holes at the back to mount the cupboard to a wall.
We’ve never seen a First Aid cupboard like this, and believe it is British, used in a small lab or factory around the middle of the last century. It has clearly been used and shows signs of wear to the door, which in many ways adds to its unique charm. Very , unique, practical and a stand-out, characterful piece.
