This is a beautiful French fabric box from the 1930s. This rectangular boudoir box was used to put away gloves.
It is made of cardboard with a slightly padded lid, and covered with an antique French textile typical of the 1930s. It is lined on the inside using the same fabric.
It would look wonderful on its own or as part of large collection of boxes.
In very good vintage condition, there are no tears to the fabric.

A very attractive large antique French turn of the century faux bamboo mirror in original paint.
The frame and mirror are both in very good vintage condition with original mirror plate. There is only a tiny little foxing which is hardly visible. The mirror can be hung either portrait or landscape.
A good size mirror in a lovely neutral colour which would look stunning in any home.

Beautiful French glazed antique stoneware in a light brown colour.
A farmhouse pottery essential from the South West of France, these confit pots were used to store duck grease and cooked meat with a thick protective layer of fat on top.
This pot is adorned with two “ear” handles. It is marked “3” on its side.
Beautiful mid 18th century mezzo tint portrait of Elizabeth Woodville, wife of Edward IV. This is a fine mezzo tint with engraved borders printed and sold by Thomas Bakewell who operated from The Horn Tavern, Fleet Street in the mid 18th century.
It is sold in a beautiful gilt and ebonised frame.
