This is an elegant oak coffee table in original off white paint, sourced from France.
Originally from the end of the 19th century, this was an oak side table, with the legs cut down at a later stage. The legs are actually quite slim for a table that has been cut down.
This is now a lovely good quality and sturdy vintage item in great condition in an easy colour to pair with.

In full working order, this beautiful mid-century lamp is adjustable with an on/off switch to the base. The black enamelled shade has a few very small marks commensurate with its age but this does not at all detract from its mid-century style and appearance.
Would look fantastic as a lamp for a desk or sidelight on a table for any room. A really attractive design.

Attractive turn of the century unframed portrait of either a Dutch of German lady, oil on canvas, signed and dated J Hankemoller (??) 1902.
The face and eyes are impressively painted. There is a smallish tear on the hairline (see photos) but this doesn’t distract from the simplicity and lovely colour of the painting nor the impression and atmosphere it will give when hung.
Good size and good overall condition for its age.

This is a very pretty French Napoleon III armchair from the 19th century.
The chair is strong and springs are sturdy, and the blush pink velvet upholstery is in very good condition overall (except for a tiny tear by the left arm which is hardly visible – as shown on photo).
We love the pretty brass studding just above the front and back feet.
A lovely classic piece to be used as it is or to be re-upholstered in your choice of fabric. Would look great in any room of the home.

Probably from the 1950s, this is a superb just off white industrial iron medical apothecary cabinet in great vintage condition.
The bottom cupboard has the original timber shelf, whilst the top glass section of the cabinet has one glass shelf. More glass shelves can be easily added if required. The top and bottom double doors are secured with turning hooks.
There is a little bit of rusting and a few knocks on the paint finish here and there, but this adds to the vintage mid century authenticity of the piece, and are by no means extensive. The piece is generally in good vintage condition.
The cabinet would make a stunning addition to a large bathroom or kitchen, or a fantastically cool bookcase.
We love the off white original paint finish, easily fitting in all home colour schemes.

Fabulous rustic continental cupboard in original paint.
The cupboard has two doors with an internal shelf behind, and a practical drawer at the top with original handles. More shelving could easily be added internally, though these types of cupboard are often adapted to make small wardrobes by adding a hanging pole beneath the existing shelf.
Aside from unusually retaining its original feet, what is most striking about this piece is the original, stunning paint, with evidence of the original blue and white overlaid about 100 years ago with a stunning deep ochre.

Beautiful and charming 19th century Hungarian country cupboard. This unusual freestanding vintage piece is completely untouched, and the original paint and patina are stunning. There is a lovely little original key which turns, but does not lock.
The original catch on the left door is fully functional. Both doors close (a little magnet has been added for extra help).
Two handy shelves inside are providing great storage. Can be hung on a wall (using the original rings on the back) or would look equally beautiful standing on a surface.

This French armchair, made around 1890, is elegant and very decorative, currently covered with a lovely velvet upholstery in cherry. The current upholstery has a lovely worn feel and some of the piping is far from intact, but we think this adds to its charm.
Alternatively there is scope for reupholstery in any of your chosen fabric. The chair is strong and sturdy, and sits on original turned ebonised legs and beautiful casters.

This is a beautiful late 19th century French armchair, elegant and very decorative with a beautiful and vintage midnight blue velvet upholstery.
The armchair is sturdy and strong, and although the upholstery is not brand new it is in very good condition. We love the deep buttoning and the midnight blue colour is fabulous.
Perfect for a bedroom or an extra chair in a snug, though decorative anywhere in the home!
